Our Background
This range of switches came into being after various tradesmen whom I had worked with over the years had asked me to wire specific switches into machinery for temporary situations. I found these requests repeated over time and it took much longer for me to install/disconnect the switches then the actual time the switch was in use. So to save time i made up a switch in a very short extension lead. Then when i was asked to hard wire a switch to a piece of machinery, I pulled the PIS (pocket Insertable Switch) out of my tool box then threw it to them. "here use this" was what I said as they caught the small switch. It wasn't long before some one wanted a locking Stop Switch. Then I put it into an extension lead next. So this range grew from there.
